MACROLICHEN FLORA OF FINLAND

Finnish lichenologists and other professionals as well as many nature enthusiasts have been waiting for a Finnish lichen flora for decades. Now it is finally taking shape, when a large group of professionals have joined forces. The flora now under prepapation includes all Finnish macrolichen species, supplemented with a few common crusts. Each species will be presented with a description, common synonyms (when relevant), color photograph, distribution map as well as information on habitats, general distribution and taxonomy (when relevant). Keys to genera and species will also be provided.
